This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

About You

We’re in a period of growth and change — not just in headcount, but in systems, capability frameworks, and people initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Supporting and delivering onboarding and training sessions
  • Building confidence in facilitating sessions and taking on increasingly more ownership
  • Working closely with managers and teams
  • Creating and updating training materials, guides, and learning content
  • Gathering feedback and using insights to continually improve onboarding and learning experiences
  • Supporting new systems, processes and ways of working
  • Getting involved in wider People & Culture initiatives
  • Being a role model for company values and behaviours day-to-day

Requirements

  • Experience in L&D or a coordination role
  • Experience delivering or supporting training sessions, with a desire to take greater ownership of facilitation
  • Experience in creating or adapting training content (or a strong interest in developing this further)
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy, ready to support others as we evolve our systems and ways of working

As the face of onboarding and a champion of our culture, you’ll play a key role in shaping how new starters experience the business from day one. We’re looking for someone in Learning & Development who’s ready to step beyond coordination and play a bigger role in delivery, collaboration, and shaping the people experience.
