The Role
We combine data, credit insights and underwriting judgment to make responsible lending decisions that improve customer outcomes. Whether you are a recent graduate or have underwriting/financial services experience, this role offers a fast‑learning environment, real impact and a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Make fair and accurate lending decisions
- Meet daily KPI targets
- Review applications and record high‑quality notes
- Focus on positive customer outcomes in every decision
- Identify process improvements and share ideas with the team
- Collaborate with QA, Training & Compliance to maintain high standards
- Test new tools, policies and automation features
Qualifications (Required)
