This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
About You: We’re in a period of growth and change — not just in headcount, but in systems, capability frameworks, and people initiatives. This is a great step-up role if you want more hands-on delivery experience, to build your content creation skills, and gain broader exposure across People & Culture. Responsibilities:
- Supporting and delivering onboarding and training sessions
- Building confidence in facilitating sessions and taking on increasingly more ownership
- Working closely with managers and teams
- Creating and updating training materials, guides, and learning content
- Gathering feedback and using insights to continually improve onboarding and learning experiences
- Supporting new systems, processes and ways of working
- Getting involved in wider People & Culture initiatives
- Being a role model for company values and behaviours day-to-day
Requirements:
- Experience in L&D or a coordination role
- Experience delivering or supporting training sessions, with a desire to take greater ownership of facilitation
- Experience in creating or adapting training content (or a strong interest in developing this further)
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy, ready to support others as we evolve our systems and ways of working
- A collaborative, proactive approach
