Through its AI-driven platform, Propel evaluates customers in a more comprehensive way than traditional credit scores can. Our revolutionary fintech platform has already helped consumers access over one million loans and lines of credit and over one billion dollars in credit. To build a new world of opportunity we bring together the brightest talent to help us build opportunities. We are entrepreneurs and believe in measuring success through results and growing within; talent and hard work never goes unnoticed. At Propel, we are here to change the way employees, customers and shareholders succeed together. We are a team of passionate entrepreneurs, who foster curiosity and growth in our employees. Our culture is why we have been so successful and why our employees choose Propel to build their careers.
The Role: Propel Holdings is investing heavily in Salesforce as our core operational platform. Over the next 12 months you'll work across:
- Marketing Cloud rollout
- Service Cloud go-live with Agentforce embedded
- MuleSoft integration layer and a new Identity Provider rollout
- An in-house Agentforce programme bringing AI-driven categorisation in-house
You'll have direct input of platform decisions, work with a small and growing team, and have direct access to senior leadership. If you've been the sole admin somewhere larger and want to build something properly with a delivery team around you, this is that role! We're hiring a mid-level Salesforce Administrator to join our Delivery Team and own the platform-side configuration and work across an active multi-year Salesforce transformation programme. This isn't a maintenance role, you'll be hands-on with Flows from day one, but you'll also be sitting alongside our developers, QA lead, BA, and Tech Lead on a Delivery Team being built up properly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning declarative configuration on our Salesforce org — Flows, validation rules, record types, permission sets, page layouts
- Translating business requirements from teams like Underwriting, Customer Service, and Risk into clean, scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Supporting our upcoming Service Cloud go-live (Email-to-Case, Omni-Channel routing, SLAs, Milestones).
- Contributing to our Agentforce and AI initiatives as we bring AI-driven categorisation in-house.
- Working within an Agile delivery cadence — sprint planning, Jira ticketing, capacity tracking.
- Helping us reduce reliance on third-party implementation partners by building in-house capability.
- Engaging with senior business stakeholders directly; pushing back constructively on scope creep.
Skills and Attributes:
Essential:
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (in-house or consultancy)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201)
- Demonstrable production experience with flows.
- Strong communication skills — comfortable gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders and explaining technical decisions to them
- A consultative mindset: a clear tendency to clarify requirements before configuring
- Comfortable working as a generalist on a small team — willing to pick up adjacent work outside a strict job description
Desirable:
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification, or production experience with Service Cloud features (Email-to-Case, Omni-Channel routing, SLAs, milestones)
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein, or Salesforce-native AI tooling
- Permission set and permission set group management
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and Jira
- Background in financial services, consumer credit, or another regulated environment
Benefits to Joining Propel:
- Competitive salary
- Pension
- 25 days holidays, increasing by 1 day per year (up to 30)
- Growth and opportunity – we pride ourselves on promoting from within
- Incredible company culture
- A culture that values innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Our Culture: Propel brings together the brightest talent to build opportunities. We are entrepreneurs who measure success through results and growth from within; talent and hard work never go unnoticed. Our team fosters curiosity and growth.
Equality, Diversity & Inclusion: Our organisation is made up of brilliant people. Each of us is unique, whether in terms of our background, personal characteristics, experience, skills or motivations. And we value our people for the differences they bring to the table. These differences - this diversity is powerful. Fostering an inclusive culture helps each of us to benefit from a wider range of these different perspectives, experiences and skills.
