We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Admin Agent to join our dynamic team in the short-term loan industry. This role will provide essential back-office support and administrative assistance, with a key focus on ensuring smooth operations across various financial processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Post Management: Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing post, ensuring all correspondence is processed in a timely manner.
  • Bank & DCA Reconciliation: Apply and reconcile bank payments and Debt Collection Agency (DCA) payments.
  • Customer Email Correspondence: Provide exceptional customer service through prompt and professional responses to customer emails, addressing queries and concerns effectively.
  • Managing DMC Portals: Support the management of the DMC (Debt Management Company) portals, ensuring data is up to date and processes are followed accurately.
  • Settlement Calculations: Calculate settlement figures and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Process Improvements: Identify and implement smarter ways of working to improve efficiency.
  • Additional Administrative Tasks: Undertake other administrative tasks as needed by the Operations team.

Requirements:

  • Analytical: Naturally curious with excellent attention to detail. Strong ability to spot discrepancies and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Independent Work Ethic: Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision, while maintaining a high level of productivity.
