From this continued success we are now looking to recruit a Tableau Developer on a 6 month FTC to allow us to continue our exciting growth plans. Our aim is to take the service we offer to the next level, to push the boundaries of what’s available, and to create great customer experiences consistent with our values. As a Tableau Developer, you will play a key role in analysing and visualising data, contributing to critical decision-making processes, and driving business growth.

  • Build, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that inform critical business decisions
  • Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, transform and analyse data from multiple sources
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions
  • Perform data validation, quality checks and troubleshooting to ensure integrity and consistency
  • Identify trends and patterns in data to generate insights and recommendations
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and visualisation standards
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, tools, and techniques in data analysis and BI

Key skills required:

  • Proven experience in Tableau dashboard development and SQL querying
  • Solid understanding of data modelling, data warehousing and performance optimisation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to develop new technical skills
  • Financial Services experience.
