As a Relationship Director, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through proactive business development and sales activities. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving ambitious origination targets. You will work closely with business owners to understand their operations, conduct comprehensive financial analyses, and develop robust proposals that support their business growth in the best possible way.
You will work with businesses across various sectors, offering both hard and soft assets, effectively managing your time and workload to ensure each customer is fully supported and educated on their options. Your role will involve providing solution-focused and customer-oriented services.
Required experience:
- Recent and relevant sales experience in Corporate/Commercial Banking and the ability to structure deals
