- Be the Expert: Confidently demonstrate, present, and position Asset Finance solutions as high-value offerings, backed by insights and market knowledge.
- Educate & Enable: Deliver engaging training, workshops, and ongoing knowledge-sharing to ensure partner teams can effectively sell and promote Asset Finance.
- Lead the Growth Agenda: Map your region, design targeted engagement plans, and align partnership activity with strategic growth priorities.
- Represent Propel with Impact: Host and support high-profile events, conferences, and meetings to raise visibility and generate leads.
Key skills required;
- Proven B2B sales and business development experience, ideally within Asset Finance, commercial lending, or banking.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage audiences from front-line teams to board level.
- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of financial products.
- Relentlessly driven, proactive, and results-focused
