The Role
We’re an evolving and ambitious business so a \’can do\’ attitude, coupled with tons of passion for business change and technology will thrive within Propel. As a Business Analyst reporting to the Product Manager, you will work with stakeholders across all functions to deliver change initiatives in line with the company roadmap. You\’ll be shaping business improvements and driving tangible outcomes. With one eye on continuous improvement, you\’ll thrive on solving problems and delivering results to set the business up for success.
Role responsibilities;
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and customers to identify and evaluate process improvements
- Analyse, design, and improve processes to enable the business to achieve its objectives
- Facilitate Requirements Discovery sessions with multiple stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, providing detailed descriptions of the desired functionality
- Backlog Refinement, shaping requirements for identifiable improvements
- Working collaboratively with the development and testing teams to ensure requirements are understood and deliverable meets business objectives
- Be responsible and accountable for the quality of the change being delivered
- Actively looking for new opportunities to improve across the business
- Collaborate with third party relationships to ensure solution achieves business goals and objectives
Key skills required;
- Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
- Backlog refinement, epics, and storyboards
- Process mapping
- Delivery of software development projects
- Commercial, private sector exposure- Financial Services is desirable
