We’re delighted to be recruiting a Project Manager on behalf of a well‑established business specialising in retail display and fixture programmes for leading FMCG and retail brands. This Project Manager job offers the opportunity to play a key role in taking creative concepts through to fully delivered in‑store solutions, working closely with internal teams, suppliers and installers across the UK and internationally.

Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm (3.30pm finish on Fridays). Mostly office based, with flexibility for some hybrid working around client visits. Competitive benefits package and clear development opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Manage the day‑to‑day delivery of multiple retail display and fixture projects, ensuring milestones, budgets and timelines are met.
  • Support Account Managers across live FMCG and retail brand programmes from quotation through to rollout.
  • Translate creative concepts and technical drawings into clear manufacturing briefs and production plans.
  • Liaise with design, engineering and production teams to ensure specifications are accurate and achievable.
  • Coordinate suppliers, contractors and installers across the UK, Europe and the Far East as required.
  • Oversee production, quality control, packing, logistics, installations and post‑installation snagging.
  • Track costs, approvals and progress using internal project management systems, providing clear updates to stakeholders.
Required skills and experience
  • Proven experience in a Project Manager role or production coordination position within retail display, POS or fixture manufacturing.
  • Strong technical understanding of materials, finishes and manufacturing processes, including metal, joinery, plastics and print.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with internal production teams, external suppliers and installation partners.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and project tracking or management tools.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits and installations as part of this Project Manager vacancy.
