We're delighted to be recruiting an Office & Accounts Executive vacancy (Temporary to permanent) on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing business. This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative organisation as an Office & Accounts Executive. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, delivering outstanding customer service and helping to ensure the smooth running of office and order processing functions within a friendly and collaborative team environment.

Full-time, office-based position: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)

20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is recorded correctly
  • Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, resolving issues professionally and promptly
  • Liaise with logistics providers to coordinate deliveries, obtain quotations and resolve transport-related queries
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure internal systems are updated with relevant information
  • Support stock planning activities by working closely with the Operations Manager
  • Assist with accounts administration and vendor payment processes as required
  • Contribute to operational improvements and support the company's commitment to sustainable business practices
Required skills and experience:
  • Previous experience in an Office & Accounts Executive, office administration, customer service or similar administrative role
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Experience working within a busy and fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience using CRM, order management or business systems would be advantageous
