You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, delivering outstanding customer service and helping to ensure the smooth running of office and order processing functions within a friendly and collaborative team environment.
- Full-time, office-based position
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)
- 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

Duties and responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is recorded correctly
Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, resolving issues professionally and promptly
Liaise with logistics providers to coordinate deliveries, obtain quotations and resolve transport-related queries
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure internal systems are updated with relevant information
Support stock planning activities by working closely with the Operations Manager
Assist with accounts administration and vendor payment processes as required
Contribute to operational improvements and support the company's commitment to sustainable business practices
Required skills and experience
Previous experience in an Office & Accounts Executive, office administration, customer service or similar administrative role
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Experience working within a busy and fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Experience using CRM, order management or business systems would be advantageous
