- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with 30 min lunch break

Duties and responsibilities
- Contact previous customers to discuss upcoming event opportunities and generate repeat bookings
- Create and manage mail merge communications and distribute event brochures to prospective clients
- Process event bookings received via telephone and email
- Support customers throughout the booking journey, from initial enquiry through to their event date
- Raise invoices, process payments and maintain accurate booking records
- Provide administrative support to the Events Team across a range of event-related activities
- Handle telephone enquiries, emails, correspondence and general office administration duties
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administration, customer service or support-based role
- Confident and professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Ability to learn new software and internal systems quickly and accurately
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- GCSE, A-Level or equivalent standard of education
