We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for an Installation Project Manager to join a vibrant retail design agency near Lutterworth! As the Installation Project Manager, you will be at the heart of the Deployment team, driving the successful delivery of POS installation projects both locally in the UK and on a global scale. This role isn’t just about managing projects – it’s about collaborating with major international brand names and making a tangible impact in the world of retail design. Duties and responsibilities

  • Coordinating, administering and activating installation projects, with a focus on quality
  • Collaborating effectively with external suppliers, partners and internal colleagues
  • Creating deployment project briefs, RAMS and SOW
  • Overseeing the daily QC compliance, reacting quickly to any obstacles and/or challenges
  • Organising and booking retail installations, liaising with store managers and key contacts
  • Managing all aspects of the reporting platform
  • Ensuring the delivery of deployment works on site is being carried out correctly
  • Assessing task and resource requirements, ordering fulfilment items and creating picking lists
  • Creating suppliers POs and handling budget management
  • Analysing project progress and, when necessary, adapting scope, timelines and/or costs
  • Producing compliance reports (internal and external)

Skills and experience required

  • Extensive experience in a project management role within a retail design and installation business
  • Thorough, up-to-date knowledge of the retail design sector, trends and industry developments
  • Sound understanding of the design and manufacturing processes
  • Skilled at carrying a project through its critical path, reliably meeting deadlines in line with SLAs
  • IT proficient, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and prior experience of using Team Haven
  • Self-motivated, with a “can-do” approach to any challenge, and a commitment to finding solutions
  • A positive, proactive communicator, adept at negotiation
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisation and time-management skills
