We are looking for a high-performing, emotionally intelligent Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is a critical hire designed to complement our existing sales talent and will directly impact our growth goals for 2026 and beyond.
You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and helping property management clients find the right solutions. You'll also help shape our team culture and sales strategy as we grow. This role comes with a clear potential route for development for the right candidate, with plans to install a Head of Business Development/Sales through internal recruitment in the future.
