Looking for a property management associate to manage the properties of our clients. Please note the job is property management and not facility management.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure all works in the properties are completed on time. Purchase of materials, vendors sourcing for works. Coordinate with owners, tenants, and vendors. Coordinate with real estate agents and field executives to ensure 100% occupancy of the properties.
Role: Full-time and in-person
Location: Bengaluru East, mainly around Whitefield and Indiranagar
Experience: 1-3 years
Requirements:
- Fluent in speaking: English, Hindi, and Kannada
- 2 wheeler
- Basic Excel knowledge
