Proparamedics Ltd works across Northern Ireland supporting the Health and Social Care Trusts, and a number of major event organisers by providing highly trained and professional clinical staff. We also have our own dedicated Training Department which not only ensures our staff work to the highest standards but can provide First Aid and other bespoke and/or accredited training courses for external clients.

Requirements:

  • A BSc Nursing Degree with up to date and valid NMC registration
  • A willingness to learn and take part in ongoing in-house training as required
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills
  • Ability to work across a multidisciplinary team and independently
  • NVQ level 2 Literacy and Numeracy or equivalent
  • Experience in either pre hospital care or in Accident and Emergency (in hosp)
  • Advanced Life Support (ALS) cert or equivalent / Intermediate Life Support or Equivalent / Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support or Equivalent
  • Full clean driving licence (preferably with a C1/D1/D2 category and IHCD Blue Light Qual)
  • Able to evidence ongoing CPD

Job Summary: The role is to provide Nurse professionals who work within a multidisciplinary team either at events throughout NI, in support of the Health Trusts, and with business development ventures within the Independent Ambulance Services sector.
