We are not hiring “just another sales rep”. We are looking for someone who wants their name on a product. Proova is a new software tool for fire stopping and the Golden Thread in UK construction. Small team. No corporate safety net. Big plans. If your world is passive fire protection, fire stopping or construction services, read on.
You probably:
- know the difference between a solid RAMS and a tick-box exercise
- have sat in too many meetings where people complain about photos, records, Excel and “evidence”
- have asked yourself more than once where to find operatives you can actually trust to do the job properly
- have thought more than once: “there must be a better way to run this”
We are building that “better way”. Now we need a Business Development Partner who can:
- open doors with subcontractors, main contractors and consultants
- start real conversations on LinkedIn, by email and face to face
- sit next to the founder on calls and help turn interest into pilots and deals
- bring honest feedback from the market so we don’t turn into “just another piece of software”
This is not a comfy basic-salary role. What you get:
- commission on deals you help bring in
- flexibility: work alongside your current role or grow into this full time
- early influence on how Proova grows in the UK market
- for the right person, a conversation about long-term role and equity when we hit the next stage
What we expect:
- experience in B2B sales or BD (ideally PFP / fire safety / construction)
- confidence speaking with owners, directors, PMs and QS / commercial teams
- clear, direct communication – no hype, no nonsense
- self-discipline: you can run your own pipeline and follow up without someone chasing you
If you read this and thought “this could be me”, send me a message here on LinkedIn with a short note:
- who you work with today
- which part of the PFP / construction world you know best
- why Proova caught your attention
Dream big, help make fire stopping and compliance less painful for the whole industry, and let’s see if we can make money together.
