  • DLP & Insider Risk Policy Lifecycle: Assist with requirements gathering, rule configuration, testing, monitoring, tuning, documentation, and ongoing review of DLP and ITM policies.
  • Alert, Incident & Data Analysis: Review alerts, investigate policy triggers, identify false positives, document findings, and elevate notable risks or service issues where required. Support monthly and quarterly reporting, service reviews, action tracking, meeting notes, trend analysis, and customer‑facing governance activities. Contribute to runbooks, standard operating procedures, templates, training materials, and internal knowledge sharing for the PCMS / Applied Services team.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Information Security, Data Protection, Security Operations, Service Delivery, Governance, Risk, Compliance, Consulting, or Managed Services.

  • Practical experience reviewing DLP, Insider Risk, Email, Endpoint, or Cloud security alerts, including documenting investigation outcomes and identifying false‑positive or tuning opportunities.
  • Working knowledge of DLP and Insider Risk policy concepts, including keywords, dictionaries, regular expressions, detectors, data identifiers, sensitive information types, and policy testing.
  • Experience supporting operational service delivery activities such as customer reporting, service reviews, incident summaries, action tracking, escalation, or governance packs.
  • Ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into clear operational tasks, policy recommendations, service actions, or improvement opportunities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer or internal workstreams.

Desirable

  • Experience with Microsoft Purview, Information Protection, Defender for Cloud Apps, or wider M365 security and compliance capabilities.
