The Role: Proofpoint is seeking a Creative Designer, Employer Brand to join our team and help bring our global employer value proposition to life through compelling visual storytelling. This position will report to the Senior Supervisor, Employer Brand and will support the development and execution of creative assets that attract, engage, and inspire talent across regions and functions worldwide. You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Internal Communications, and Corporate Marketing to design scalable, on-brand creative that strengthens Proofpoint’s employer presence across digital, social, web, event, and presentation channels globally. This role is ideal for a designer who combines creative excellence with operational discipline, and who is comfortable managing work through a structured intake and prioritization process.

Your Day-To-Day:

  • Partner with Employer Brand, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Marketing stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into strong creative concepts and campaigns.
  • Design and produce global employer brand assets across social, digital, web, recruitment marketing campaigns, hiring events, and culture initiatives.
  • Create high-impact presentation materials and executive-ready decks for internal and external audiences, ensuring clarity, visual consistency, and strong storytelling.
  • Develop scalable visual toolkits and templates that enable consistency across regions and teams.
  • Manage incoming creative requests through a defined intake process, helping clarify briefs, scope requirements, timelines, and priorities.
  • Track projects from intake to delivery, maintaining visibility on status, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to ensure alignment with master brand standards while evolving employer-specific visual systems.
  • Incorporate performance insights and feedback to continuously refine creative output.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience in creative design, ideally within employer brand, talent marketing, internal communications, or brand marketing.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign development, digital design, and polished presentation or deck design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Experience designing executive-level presentations in PowerPoint with strong narrative flow and layout discipline.
  • Experience working within a structured creative intake process and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and maintain clear project visibility.
  • Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines while building scalable creative systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design best practices is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar platforms is a plus.
