Your Day to Day

  • Program management: own timelines, action tracking, and status visibility. Drive follow-through with sales and regional teams, keeping programs on track without peer authority.
  • Email copy and optimisation: write and refine campaign emails for EMEA audiences. Focus on subject lines, CTAs, and conversion. Test, iterate, and bring recommendations.

  • Comfortable with Marketo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar platforms. Quick to learn new systems and process-minded enough to document what you build.
  • Strong communicator who drives actions across sales and regional teams without peer authority. Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and able to hold multiple workstreams.
  • Understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how email, content, and ads support each stage from awareness to pipeline.
