The Role The Program Manager role sits within Tessian, an engineering and product business unit at Proofpoint. The Tessian business unit is a fast-moving team, building and refining products that are central to the Proofpoint strategy. We need our operational processes to evolve just as quickly, to keep up with the needs of the business unit. As Program Manager, you\’ll play a key role in improving how our teams operate day-to-day. You\’ll work closely with the business unit leadership, gain deep exposure to a high-performing engineering organization, and drive critical initiatives.
