This is a role for someone who enjoys solving commercial problems, not just managing advertising platforms.

You’ll work with established e Commerce brands to identify opportunities, shape paid media strategy and make commercially grounded decisions backed by data.

Alongside specialists in CRO, SEO and Analytics, you’ll help clients understand what drives profitable growth—and where to focus next.

Why join Proof3?

This isn’t an agency where you’ll inherit 25 accounts and spend your days tweaking bids.

You’ll work with a small portfolio of ambitious e Commerce brands, supported by specialist CRO, SEO and Data teams that help improve performance rather than simply report on it.

You’ll be trusted to shape strategy, challenge clients constructively and focus on what actually matters: profitable growth, not vanity metrics.

We care far more about commercial outcomes than platform metrics.

If you enjoy solving business problems, testing new ideas and working with people who value evidence over opinion, you’ll fit right in.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Own paid media strategy across a portfolio of multi-million pound e Commerce clients
  • Develop clear, commercially grounded roadmaps aligned to client growth targets
  • Lead the planning and execution of paid media campaigns across a range of digital channels, with Google, Microsoft and Meta as the primary platforms.
  • Continuously evaluate and test new channels where they can create commercial advantage.
  • Go beyond platform metrics - focus on profitability, contribution, and real business impact
  • Continuously test and refine targeting, creative, and messaging to improve performance
  • Analyse performance deeply, turning data into clear actions and recommendations
  • Present insights and strategy confidently to clients, acting as a trusted partner rather than just a delivery function
  • Work closely with CRO and SEO teams to align acquisition with on-site experience and conversion
  • Identify opportunities to scale accounts, expand channels, and increase client investment where justified
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, industry trends, and emerging opportunities and apply them pragmatically
  • What you’ll bring
  • 3–5+ years’ experience managing paid media for e Commerce brands, ideally agency-side
  • A strong track record of driving measurable growth (not just managing spend)
  • Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta
  • Good experience configuring and managing tagging & tracking setups using tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM, GA4, pixels, custom events)
  • Experience working with product feeds, Shopping, and Performance Max at scale
  • Comfortable working with data - able to interrogate performance and spot what actually matters
  • Commercial awareness - you understand margins, CAC, and profitability, not just CPCs and CTRs
  • Confident communicator who can challenge clients constructively and build long-term trust
  • Proactive and accountable - you take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
  • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Able to operate in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and expectations are high
  • Bonus points
  • Meta Blueprint / Google certifications
  • Experience working alongside CRO teams or running experiments alongside paid activity
  • Perks of the job
  • Competitive salary and career progression
  • 30 days holiday (inclusive of public holidays)
  • Flexible working arrangements including remote working
