About the Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic

Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team at a leading independent drinks distributor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or early-career designer to develop their craft within a fast-paced environment - working across print, digital, social, and experiential projects for some of the most exciting drinks brands in the industry.

You'll work closely with our creative and marketing team of 11 to bring brand campaigns to life, contributing fresh ideas and sharp execution across a variety of touchpoints.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting the design team on a wide range of projects, from concept through to final production, with the responsibility of leading campaign tactical asset delivery
  • Adapting design assets across print, digital, and social channels.
  • Exploring the use of AI tools to support design development, visualisation, and ideation.
  • Staying curious about emerging creative technologies and bringing new ideas to the team.
  • Collaborating with brand managers and clients to understand briefs and deliver on brand collateral.
  • Working with print partners to elevate calibre of printed assets and upskill team knowledge
  • Managing your own time effectively across multiple live projects and deadlines.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong working knowledge of the

  • (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), plus some base knowledge of

Figma . Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a bonus.

  • A genuine curiosity about emerging technologies and new creative methodologies.
  • A showreel or portfolio that demonstrates your creative range and thinking.
  • A sharp eye for detail and excellent written English.
  • Strong organisational skills – demonstrating an ability to follow a brief, robust asset management filing, fast-paced output & on-time delivery of work.
  • Confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines across a varied scope of work.
