As we continue to expand, we are looking for multiple talented marketing professionals to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work across some of our most exciting drinks brands and help scale them to the next stage of growth.

The Roles

  • Marketing Manager: A 360-degree marketing role, blending brand strategy with hands-on execution. You’ll be responsible for building commercial plans for a number of brands (alongside our commercial team), preparing pitches (with our trade marketing and sales teams), developing brand activations and implementing your tactics. You’ll represent your portfolio of brands internally and externally, acting as the main point of contact and reporting regularly in both formal and informal settings. You’ll oversee and develop marketing processes for you and your team of Brand Managers, leading and inspiring them strategically while supporting day-to-day delivery. Drinks experience and portfolio management experience are preferred.
  • Brand Manager: A broad brand role combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across a portfolio of drinks brands. You’ll own the day-to-day management of your brands, translating brand strategy into clear plans and effective activation across channels and sales environments. You’ll be responsible for accurate performance reporting (including depletions, A&P and campaign analysis) and using insights to inform future activity. Acting as a key point of contact, you’ll work closely with internal teams, external agencies and brand owners to ensure alignment and delivery. You’ll oversee campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency and impact across all touchpoints. Drinks experience and portfolio experience are preferred.
  • Brand Coordinator: A varied and fast-paced role supporting the marketing and brand teams while managing your own portfolio of drinks brands. You’ll support campaign planning and execution, helping bring brand strategies to life in the UK market. You’ll be responsible for reporting, analysis and maintaining clear, professional communication with brand owners. You’ll provide essential administrative support across the team, including managing documents, trackers, budgets and marketing processes. You’ll support day-to-day brand activity, ensuring accuracy, organisation and consistency across multiple brands and projects. Strong analytical skills are required; drinks experience is preferred.

Requirements

  • Relevant marketing experience aligned to the level of the role.
  • Drinks industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Portfolio experience preferred for Marketing Managers and Brand Managers.
  • Strong communication, project management and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and data skills, particularly for Brand Coordinator roles.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Leadership and people management experience for Marketing Managers.
