About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Brand Activation Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is central to driving brand visibility, sampling, and loyalty across key on-trade and off-trade accounts, with a clear commercial focus on increasing rate of sale in priority venues. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-impact activations that convert consumer engagement into measurable commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute compelling brand activations, product tastings, and promotional events in alignment with brand objectives.
- Proactively identify activation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with on-trade partners to secure brand visibility and prime positioning.
- Actively drive commercial KPIs by increasing rate of sale and supporting volume growth across assigned territories.
- Monitor activation performance, gather data and insights, and report on ROI to inform future strategies.
- Ensure effective deployment and visibility of branded POS materials across all touch points.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the sales and marketing teams, to ensure a unified and data-driven activation approach.
Candidate Profile
Essential:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in brand activation, field marketing, or experiential marketing, ideally within the alcoholic beverages or FMCG sector.
- Proven understanding of the on-trade environment and how to influence consumer behaviour in these spaces.
- Confident in project management.
- Creative, able to think outside the box, producing unique and memorable events and activations.
- Organised, and effective at record-keeping and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Commercially minded, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as required by the activation schedule.
- Full and clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel frequently across the UK.
