Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Produce Associate based in Hamilton city, Bermuda. As a Produce Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and freshness of produce, organizing and restocking inventory, and assisting customers with their selections. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, ensuring proper display and arrangement of produce, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the produce area. You will also collaborate with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for engaging with customers and addressing their needs effectively
- Interpersonal Skills to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- Experience or knowledge in Inventory Management
- Basic understanding of Sales principles and the ability to assist with promotional strategies
