- Conduct regular checks to assess product freshness, rotating stock to ensure older items are sold first while maintaining a constant supply of fresh produce.
- Communicate with suppliers and take ownership in ordering sufficient stocks in advance (one week prior) and making quick decisions to cover any gaps with expedited orders from Food Service.
- Utilize Odoo to update correct stock levels, record damaged goods, waste, and scrapping functions – especially for the benefit of online customers.
- Customer Service
- Assist customers with inquiries about produce, offering advice on selecting the best fruits and vegetables, as well as cooking or preparation tips.
- Handle online produce orders by accurately preparing and packaging items to meet customer specifications.
- Ensure online and in-store customers receive high-quality products in a timely manner.
