Responsibilities
- Welcome customers visiting our shops and provide information about the shop and its procedures.
- Support sales consultants during appointments and fittings with useful advice and information to increase sales.
- Answer phone calls and efficiently direct them to the right people.
- Schedule, change and cancel appointments and fittings.
- Ensure satisfactory customer service in the shop throughout the sales process.
- Support the store manager when introducing the sales consultant to the customer.
- Prepare order notes and process payments through various payment methods.
- Check outstanding order forms and manage charges.
- Follow up with customers who have cancelled their appointment or did not show up on the scheduled day.
- Review the agenda weekly with the shop manager.
- Close the cash register and prepare the settlement envelope.
- Transfer information received from headquarters to the shop team.
- Prepare and send internal mail at the beginning of the week and at the end of the month.
- Keep the shop reception and information desks tidy at all times, and maintain the overall image in line with internal policy.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team, informing the shop manager about feedback from customers.
- Support shop managers with POS assistance and scheduling appointments and fittings.
- Offer and serve drinks to customers during the Digital Book phase and at the close of the sale.
- Support the management of transfers (receipt and dispatch of stock) between shops.
- Manage requests, storage and replenishment of office supplies.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the premium or luxury brand sector.
- Passionate about providing excellent service with a positive attitude.
