Pronorm Einbauküchen GmbH is a medium‐size industrial company located in Vlotho. Approximately 350 employees manufacture modern, design‐oriented fitted kitchens that meet the highest standards of functionality and quality. Pronorm is one of the leading manufacturers of high‐quality products in the kitchen furniture industry, available in both the mid‐range and high‐end segments.

We are looking for a sales talent who is a strong communicator, solution‐ and service‐oriented, and who enjoys serving and delighting customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support and further develop the existing customer base (specialist retailers, studios, contract partners) within the assigned sales territory.
  • Actively acquire new customers to expand the market and strengthen brand presence.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement display kitchen placements in close cooperation with the internal sales team and marketing department.
  • Conduct hands‐on product training and sales coaching both at the company headquarters and directly at the point of sale (POS) on site with customers.
  • Continuously monitor market and competitors to identify trends, opportunities, and risks at an early stage.
  • Collaborate closely with product management and marketing to further develop the product range and ensure optimal market presentation.
  • Participate in national and international trade fairs, customer events, and promotional activities to support sales efforts.
  • Prepare visit reports, sales analyses, and forecasts for systematic customer development.
  • Implement jointly defined sales targets and corporate strategies.
  • Build and maintain long‐term, trust‐based customer relationships through regular visits and professional consultation.

Your Qualifications And Skills

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical training, ideally with a focus on the kitchen or furniture industry.
  • Several years of professional experience in field sales, preferably within the kitchen or furniture sector.
  • Solid knowledge of the kitchen furniture market and an understanding of sales structures within the specialist retail trade.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a confident and professional demeanor towards customers at all levels.
  • Experience in conducting product training and point‐of‐sale (POS) activities is a plus.
  • High level of self‐organization, initiative, and goal orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of customer needs and market demands.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital tools.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK and Ireland (and occasionally to Germany).
  • Proficiency in German is beneficial but not required.
  • Intercultural competence and sensitivity to regional market differences, particularly in Scotland and Ireland.
