Job Details

  • Salary: Competitive + Performance Bonuses
  • Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Location: Brindley Ford, Stoke On Trent

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate calibration of a range of instruments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
  • Travel to client locations to service and maintain equipment, ensuring efficient operation.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical, electrical, and mechanical issues, minimizing downtime.
  • Document service records, calibration certificates, and reports to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Build strong client relationships by delivering exceptional technical support and guidance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Service or Calibration Engineer, or in a similar technical role.
  • Strong understanding of calibration processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and client rapport building.
  • Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
