Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Brindley Ford, Stoke On Trent

Experience
- Demonstrable success in developing and implementing sustainability and compliance programmes
- Accustomed to writing and maintaining Health and Safety Manuals
- Accustomed to company audit processes
- Familiar with ISO standards
- Project management
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
Responsibilities
- To maintain external accreditations
- Manage day to day compliance activities and resolve issues
- Run internal committees and ensure actions are completed and effective
- Maintain Health and Safety Manual
- Maintain business environment
- Maintain small fleet
- Manage employee welfare and Welfare Budget
- Quality Standards
- Building security
- Data security
- Organise building maintenance
- Supervise and vet Subcontractors
- Manage office improvement projects
- Provide statistics to ONS, PRODCON and other external parties
- Execute internal audit programme and analyse trends
- Report to Management Team
- Measure and report company sustainability performance according to goals and KPIs
