Based in the Riverside Shopping Centre in Hemel Hempstead, the boutique operates on an appointment-only basis, offering private one-to-one VIP styling sessions.
The store is proudly size-inclusive, carrying hundreds of styles from leading designers in UK sizes 0–18, from classic princess gowns to modern red-carpet looks.
Most guests leave with their chosen dress the same day, and the boutique serves schools across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and beyond.
Role Description
The Senior Sales Manager and Stylist is a full-time, on-site role located in Hemel Hempstead, responsible for leading boutique sales performance while delivering an exceptional VIP styling experience.
Each day, this role welcomes clients to their private appointments, conducts personalized consultations, and guides guests through gown selection, fittings, and accessories to create complete prom looks.
The role leads and coaches the sales and styling team, setting daily targets, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring consistent service standards.
Responsibilities include managing appointment schedules, maintaining visual merchandising and stock presentation, handling point-of-sale transactions, and resolving customer queries or issues in a professional, inclusive manner.
The Senior Sales Manager and Stylist also contributes to local marketing initiatives, school outreach, and social media content to drive brand awareness and appointment bookings.

- Experience managing appointments, stock control, visual merchandising, and maintaining an organised, premium boutique environment.
- Confidence using digital tools and social media platforms to support marketing activity, create engaging content, and build brand awareness.
- Strong problem-solving skills, resilience under pressure, and the ability to remain calm and adaptable during busy trading periods.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak prom seasons, with a reliable on-site presence in Hemel Hempstead.
- Previous supervisory or management experience within retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused environment.
