Prompt Pay Capital is a growing payments and fintech business specialising in card payment processing, merchant acquiring, and POS solutions, including Clover and Worldpay. We work directly with UK businesses to help them get paid efficiently and scale with confidence. We are recruiting for our January 2026 Ignite training intake, starting 14th January 2026.

About the Ignite Programme

Ignite is Prompt Pay Capital’s entry-level programme and the starting point of a long-term career in payments sales. It’s designed for people who want to:

  • Learn a specialist industry properly
  • Develop real sales skills
  • Build income based on performance, not time served

Through structured training, hands‑on selling, and ongoing mentorship, Ignite develops individuals into confident Payments Specialists with long‑term earning potential. This is not a short‑term role. It’s a career path.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn how the payments and merchant acquiring industry works
  • Speak directly with business owners about how they take payments
  • Prospect, qualify, and book meetings with UK SMEs
  • Support senior Payments Specialists on live opportunities
  • Learn to confidently present and demonstrate payment solutions

You’ll learn by doing — with structure and support from day one.

Training & Development

  • Structured in‑house training starting 14th January 2026
  • Full education on payments, terminals, and POS systems
  • Sales methodology, objection handling, and relationship selling
  • Ongoing coaching, roleplay, and deal support
  • Clear milestones and progression into a Full Payments Specialist role

No prior payments experience is required. Attitude and work ethic matter most.

Our Culture

We believe in developing people properly. Ignite specialists are supported through hands‑on training, real mentorship, and a learn‑by‑doing approach. We focus on long‑term relationships, aftercare, and building confidence — not pressure selling or quick wins.

This role operates on a commission‑based, performance‑linked structure.

  • Earnings are uncapped
  • Income is directly tied to results
  • Long‑term recurring income is built through retained clients

Those who apply themselves fully, stay consistent, and perform well can build six‑figure annual earnings over time. This is a career where effort directly influences outcome.

Please note: This is a professional, full‑time payments sales role with structured training starting 14th January 2026. Only applicants able to commit fully should apply.
