We are currently seeking a talented and curious individual to join our busy team and provide a responsive and essential service to both our internal teams and external clients. Our client base includes leading brands such as Pepsi, Walkers, ASOS, Barclays, TK Maxx, Pringles, and Kellogg’s, along with more than 200 others. Much of our work spans over 80 countries, and your contributions could be seen on millions of cereal boxes, tens of millions of soft drink cans, and across supermarket aisles everywhere.
Established in 2002, PromoVeritas employs 50 people and is based just a one-minute walk from Pinner Tube Station in North London. The office is only 25 minutes from Baker Street via the Metropolitan line.
About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Procurement Consultant to help us build smart, sustainable procurement processes from the ground up. You’ll work one day a week on-site, leading supplier reviews, negotiating key contracts, and creating frameworks that the business can use long after your consultancy ends.
What you’ll be doing:
- Review current spend and supplier contracts to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop a CRM procurement playbook and commercial framework.
- Set up documented procurement processes, templates, and checklists.
- Train and guide key staff so procurement runs smoothly after your engagement.
Skills & Experience we’re looking for:
- Proven procurement consulting experience, ideally with tech and service contracts.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and process design skills.
- Able to work independently and deliver practical, actionable solutions.
- Clear communicator with training and mentoring ability.
