This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nayland for a Creative Artworker. The Creative Artworker will be responsible for creating high-quality artwork and ensuring finalised assets are prepared for print and digital production. Daily responsibilities include:
- Artwork creation
- Working collaboratively on graphics
- Photo retouching
- Ensuring artwork aligns with brand guidelines
- Engaging with the creative team to support the seamless execution of marketing campaigns and projects
Qualifications
- Expertise in Print Production and Artworking, including preparing files to print-ready standards
- Proficiency in Graphics and Artwork creation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong skills in Photo Retouching and editing for digital and print formats
- Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment and the ability to respond to feedback effectively
- Previous agency experience or familiarity with multi-agency collaboration is a plus
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
