We specialise in website design and SEO and we’re looking for a driven, confident Business Development Manager to join our new business sales team. This is a hybrid, field-based role with 1 day per week in our Dorking office and the rest of the week out meeting business owners. You’ll attend 6–8 meetings per week, work with a deal-on-the-day mentality and sell high-quality website and SEO solutions. Leads are predominantly self-sourced, so confidence, resilience and motivation are key.
Competitive basic + uncapped commission (60k-70k+ OTE)
