We're looking for a Web Designer to join our growing design department. You'll be building and updating live client websites in Webflow, working closely with an experienced team, and developing your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
You’ll be responsible for building client websites in Webflow, making changes to live client sites, and stepping into a full management role once fully trained. We provide a clear training plan to support your success: you’ll first gain confidence in our systems, client processes and design standards.

About you:
- Ability to inspire creativity and maintain consistency
- Strong understanding and practical experience using Webflow as a design platform
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and basic coding (HTML/CSS/JS) is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to build new websites and update live client sites confidently
