Overview
Marketing Manager position at Wintermute. Location: London / Remote. This role focuses on product marketing for customer-facing products (e.g., OTC products, Wintermute portal NODE), liquidity provision for blockchain projects, general awareness and recruitment marketing, and supporting venture investment and incubator businesses. A highly motivated, creative, and organized self-starter is sought to create and execute marketing activities, drive engagement, build relationships across channels, and leverage Wintermute’s industry reputation. Passion and familiarity with crypto is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities
- Execution of the marketing plan: own the execution of marketing activities, including hands-on execution, coordinating communications and operational teams, and working with internal and external teams (e.g., designers, suppliers, agencies, etc).
- Branding: support ongoing rebrand projects and expand branding to new activities.
- Content marketing: drive the creation of thought leadership and content marketing pieces focused on education and delivering value to counterparties and partners.
- External visibility: increase Wintermute’s visibility through top-tier media, conferences, speaking arrangements, and targeted events in coordination with an Event Manager.
- Reporting & analytics: build a fact base to monitor and report results of all activities.
Hard Skills Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a high-performance product, product marketing, social media marketing, or related operations function (e.g., crypto or other VC-backed startup, fintech, B2B SaaS, dynamic financial services, consulting). Management consultants and similar high-performing generalists are welcome.
- Track record of creating tangible impact on key metrics with examples.
- Experience delivering ready customer-facing deliverables (content pieces, campaigns) independently; able to do content/copy without writers or agencies.
- Experience with B2B marketing in high-value deal/ACV environments is strongly preferred. Finance, fintech, or crypto experience is advantageous but not required.
- Experience across several functional areas and the ability to learn quickly and independently; willingness to learn about crypto, financial products, and technologies.
