We\’re seeking a motivated and talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic Global Operations team for a 6 month FTC. This role will report to the Global Head of Insurance Operations and work across multiple departments (Customer Engagement, Claims, Insurance Services, and Operations) to design and deliver a programme of work focused on efficiency. Description
We\’re seeking a motivated and talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic Global Operations team for a 6 month FTC. This role will report to the Global Head of Insurance Operations and work across multiple departments (Customer Engagement, Claims, Insurance Services, and Operations) to design and deliver a programme of work focused on efficiency. They will analyse, document, and improve our business processes while contributing to strategic projects that drive our company forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to document existing processes and establish performance baselines
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to gather requirements
- Identify and analyze business problems, recommend solutions and develop and deliver projects
- Lead process improvement initiatives from conception through implementation
- Work closely with our business and engineering teams to ensure operational requirements are incorporated into solutions
- Implement solutions using low-code platforms and automation tools when needed
- Oversee the program of work, with support from the Operations team
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation and process mapping abilities
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Experience implementing automated and AI-enabled solutions
- Lean Six Sigma qualification or experience preferred
- Qualifications in project management, data analysis, and/or business analysis required
- Experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Zapier, UiPath)
- Experience as a business analyst in the insurance industry
