The clubhouse's bustling kitchen, led by a talented Head Chef and a skilled brigade, provides a high-quality bar menu and supports numerous member events and golf societies. The service hours are focused on daytime operations, with limited evening shifts, inviting applications from chefs or cooks with at least one year of commercial catering experience.

As a crucial member of our brigade, you will work closely with our Head Chef to ensure that all dishes are prepared to specification with meticulous attention to detail. Your experience across all kitchen stations will enable you to proficiently produce a range of starters, mains, and desserts. Teamwork is paramount in our kitchen, so excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a strong sense of service and pride in maintaining kitchen and food standards are essential qualities we seek in candidates.
