Full-Time On-site

We’re looking for a graduate who can do two things well: solve a client’s problem, and explain the answer in a way that makes people want to act on it.

About Promote

Promote is a growing procurement and commercial consultancy. We help large organisations across central government, local authorities, the NHS, defence and financial services buy better, save money and run their procurement and supply chain functions more effectively. Our work ranges from strategy and savings delivery to transformation and technology. We’re a small team, so everyone’s contribution is visible and matters.

The role

You’ll join client projects from the start, working alongside experienced consultants. You’ll also help shape how Promote presents itself to the market. We’re strong on delivery and want to be just as strong at telling our story. This is a real part of the role, not an add-on.

Client work

  • Prepare and help run stakeholder interviews and workshops
  • Analyse data and turn it into clear, practical recommendations
  • Map and improve business processes
  • Create presentations and reports that support client decisions
  • Support project management and delivery

Helping Promote grow

  • Develop proposals, pitch materials and case studies
  • Create content for LinkedIn, our website and events
  • Present our work to clients and at external events
  • Build your own professional network

What we’re looking for

Essential:

  • A degree in any discipline
  • A confident, clear communicator, in writing and in person
  • Enjoys presenting and is good at making complex things simple
  • Energy, curiosity and the drive to take ownership
  • Strong analytical skills, including Excel

Would be great:

  • Experience in marketing, content, events or communications (a society role, a side project or a placement all count)
  • An eye for design in PowerPoint or similar tools
  • An interest in how organisations buy and run their supply chains (no prior procurement knowledge needed)

What you’ll get

  • £32,000 starting salary plus benefits
  • Progression based on performance, not time served, assessed quarterly against our grade framework. Our strongest performers have been promoted within 6 to 9 months.
  • Direct exposure to directors and senior client stakeholders
  • Training across procurement, commercial and consulting skills
  • Hybrid working, with an office on Oxford Street

You must have the right to work in the UK.
