Promon seeks a hands-on, team-oriented Director of Sales for the U.S. market to drive direct sales execution and own the U.S. bookings target. You will lead a team of account executives, collaborate with Customer Success, and win new logos for Promon Shield while staying attuned to the cybersecurity landscape.
You will report to the Chief Sales Officer and act as Promon's primary sales execution leader in the U.S., delivering deals, pipeline, and forecast discipline in a high-growth environment.
