We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to help drive our next phase of growth across MEA (Middle East & Africa). This is a high-impact role focused on winning and expanding strategic enterprise accounts in a market where demand is accelerating and differentiation matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a strategic plan for your territory, focusing on a mix of new logo acquisition and expansion within key enterprise accounts across MEA (Middle East & Africa)
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to solution positioning, negotiation, and close
- Lead consultative, value-driven sales engagements with technical and business stakeholders, including VP and C-level executives
- Navigate complex buying processes in regulated industries, aligning Promon's solutions to customer risk, compliance, and business priorities
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to drive pipeline, refine messaging, and ensure successful customer outcomes
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility, contributing to a disciplined and predictable sales process
What You'll Bring
- A consistent track record of winning and growing enterprise accounts in cybersecurity or adjacent SaaS markets
- Experience owning complex, multi-threaded sales cycles, including outbound prospecting and deal management
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and articulating value in high-stakes, high-impact environments
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to prioritize effectively within a broad and evolving territory
- Familiarity with regulated industries and the security considerations that shape enterprise buying decisions
- Fluency in English; Arabic would be a plus

Where You'll Work
This role is fully remote and you are ideally located in Germany or the UK. However, we are also open to other locations (as long as you are available to travel). If you're a great fit, let's talk!
