Promon is seeking an Enablement Program Manager to design and run the enablement operating model across Product, Tech, Sales and Corporate. You will hold the single overview of enablement and ensure programs are in place, scheduled and delivered to high standards.
You'll report to the Chief People Officer and partner with executives, people leaders and frontline managers to advise, influence and orchestrate enablement efforts company-wide, including onboarding and AI upskilling.
