Geomiq is building an AI‑first manufacturing platform that connects engineers and procurement teams to the world’s best manufacturers. We’re scaling fast across the UK, Europe, and Asia, and we hire people who move fast, deliver results, and raise the bar.
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist to drive hiring excellence while supporting smooth onboarding and people operations. You’ll lead full‑cycle recruitment across all teams, from sourcing and selection to onboarding, ensuring every hire raises the bar. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, the CEO, and function leads to build a structured, data‑informed, and high‑quality hiring engine while keeping our people systems clean, compliant, and efficient. This is a hybrid role based in London (2‑3 days per week in the office).
Talent Acquisition- Lead full‑cycle recruitment across Product, Sales, Engineering, Data, and Operations
- Run hiring manager intake calls, define hiring needs, and share market insights
- Source, engage, and nurture top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
- Create structured interview kits and maintain up‑to‑date scorecards
- Track and analyse pipeline metrics in Teamtailor (ATS) to improve hiring quality and speed
- Manage candidate communication and feedback to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Own and maintain our Careers page in Teamtailor, ensuring it and LinkedIn reflect our AI‑first narrative and strong employer brand
- Oversee onboarding to ensure every new hire is productive and integrated within their first two weeks
- Create offer letters, contracts, and employee documentation
- Maintain accurate HR data in CharlieHR (HRIS)
- Collaborate with Finance and general managers across hubs on payroll, contracts, and compliance

- At least 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast‑scaling startup environment

- Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail skills
- Analytical mindset with confidence in tracking metrics and improving hiring performance

- Based in London – hybrid setup with 2‑3 days per week in the office
