Are you an energetic self-starter with a knack for identifying influencers and key decision-makers within accounts? We\’re seeking someone who can respond to targeted outbound prospects, build rapport, and establish long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales (B2B)
  • Must be based in the UK
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environment
  • Self-starter who can positively contribute to a friendly, start-up environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce.com experience preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build a sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and emailing
  • Qualify prospects based on their needs, goals, and business environment
  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Collaborate with clients to refine sales strategies and qualify sales leads
  • Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction

Compensation: Base Salary + High Commissions

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Time-zone)
