We partner exclusively with NHS Primary Care Networks, delivering award winning services across MSK, podiatry, occupational therapy and mental health, and supporting over 1,000 GP practices and 9 million patients.

In this role, you will drive high volume, high quality recruitment that directly strengthens frontline clinical teams. If you thrive in a fast paced environment, love building relationships, enjoy being the face of recruitment, and want your work to make a measurable difference to patient care across England, this is a role where you will feel energised, valued and trusted. Join a supportive HR team, work with inspiring clinical leaders, and help us continue delivering over one million patient consultations every year.

Main duties of the job

As a Recruitment Specialist with Promni Health, you'll be the driving force behind bringing exceptional clinical talent into one of the UK's fastest growing primary care providers. Your days will be varied and fast-paced, balancing hands-on recruitment activity with relationship-building across a wide network of hiring managers, clinicians and operational leaders. You will take full ownership of your vacancies from the moment they are approved, shaping compelling adverts, sourcing candidates directly, engaging talent proactively and guiding applicants through every stage of the process.

You will be the key point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth, professional and timely experience for everyone involved. Alongside day-to-day recruitment delivery, you will help strengthen our wider workforce strategy by contributing to talent pipelines, supporting employer branding activity, and using data to improve how we attract and secure clinical professionals. You will also play a role in enhancing our recruitment processes, championing best practice, and helping us reach more diverse and underrepresented groups.

This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives under pressure, and loves the challenge of finding great people for meaningful clinical roles across England.
