This is an opportunity to join one of the country's fastest-growing multidisciplinary providers, recognised nationally for excellence and innovation in primary care.
In this role, you will build strong relationships with PCNs and GP practices, ensuring our services are valued, effective and continually evolving. You will lead service mobilisation, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, drive service development plans and identify opportunities for growth across your portfolio. Your work directly supports clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care while helping PCNs meet the needs of their local populations.
Main duties of the job
As a Services Manager, you will be the key link between Promni Health and the Primary Care Networks you support. You will build strong, trusted relationships with PCN and practice leaders, ensuring our services run smoothly, deliver value and remain aligned with local priorities. Day to day, you will coordinate the operational delivery of multidisciplinary services, working closely with clinical leads and internal teams to keep everything running efficiently.
You will take ownership of service mobilisation, making sure new services launch successfully and become well embedded within practices. You will also lead ongoing service reviews, using performance data and local insight to identify improvements and opportunities for growth. When challenges arise, you will be the first point of contact problem-solving, escalating issues where needed and ensuring services stay on track.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a meaningful part in strengthening primary care services across the NHS.
