We partner exclusively with NHS Primary Care Networks, delivering award winning services across MSK, podiatry, occupational therapy and mental health, and supporting over 1,000 GP practices and 9 million patients.
In this role, you will drive high volume, high quality recruitment that directly strengthens frontline clinical teams. This is a true 360 position where your skills in sourcing, stakeholder engagement and candidate experience will shine. You will work autonomously, manage 10-20 live vacancies at a time, and play a key role in shaping recruitment strategy, employer branding and workforce planning. Main duties of the job:
- You will take full ownership of your vacancies from the moment they are approved, shaping compelling adverts, sourcing candidates directly, engaging talent proactively and guiding applicants through every stage of the process.
- You will be the key point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth, professional and timely experience for everyone involved.
- Alongside day-to-day recruitment delivery, you will help strengthen our wider workforce strategy by contributing to talent pipelines, supporting employer branding activity, and using data to improve how we attract and secure clinical professionals.
- You will also play a role in enhancing our recruitment processes, championing best practice, and helping us reach more diverse and underrepresented groups.
Job responsibilities:
- Administer the full recruitment process for assigned vacancies, including advert creation, interview coordination, issuing conditional offers and contracts.
- Support the HR & Governance Administrator with pre-employment checks (DBS, ID, professional registration, references) in line with NHS Employment Check Standards.
- Provide recruitment advice to hiring managers and applicants, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice.
- Create and maintain recruitment dashboards, reporting on time to hire, vacancy status and quality of hire.
- Maximise use of recruitment systems and ATS platforms to manage communication and documentation.
- Maintain high standards of service delivery and quality in recruitment and selection.
- Drive social media recruitment activity to widen candidate reach.
- Support inclusive recruitment initiatives to attract diverse talent reflective of the communities we serve.

- Experience managing multiple live vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience delivering end to end recruitment in fast paced, high growth settings.
- Strong direct sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Indeed and NHS Jobs.
- Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision.
